It’s a fine story, reminding me in style just a tad of my own “The Death of Lester Williams” which is over at Crimson Highway’s Web site and scheduled to come out in the next six months or so in an anthology.
Maybe we should put together a rural horror anthology sometime down the road? I’ve got a few other ideas floating around.

Steve, here is some real-life horror; Book World in Chillicothe burned down (or nearly) on Tuesday. The place was robbed and then set on fire. Perhaps 10,000 books, gone.
Deven: Oh shit! I LOVE that place. I have found a lot of treasures in there over the years. Damn damn damn!
